Arlington Ridge is a 55+ Active Adult community that opened in 2006. It offers a low maintenance lifestyle nestled in Leesburg, located in Central Florida. The community boasts many desired amenities including an18-hole Gary Koch designed golf course of 6,610 yards from the longest tees, with a par of 70. The Village Green is the heart of the community’s town center and includes a Tavern/Restaurant, Billiards room, movie theatre, lap and leisure pools; hot tub, Men & Women’s locker rooms with sauna, Fitness center that features state-of-the-art fitness equipment for both cardio and weight training workouts, craft room, library and a reception hall used for large events and the community’s theatre productions.
